The Flat Rock Irregulars played as part of the Rail Fest float in the 2012 Nebraskaland Days parade Saturday, Jun 16th. We had a great time playing Old Dun Cow, The Bonnie Ship the Diamond, and The Hills of Connemara. We even rediscovered some old jokes. Maggi remembered several of the old Elephant jocks that we long ago forgotten. Strange what baking in the sun for a few hour will do to you. We had fun being part of the float and seeing all the people who lined the street.
We dressed in costumes helping to portray the role of the rail road in forming the West. Rail Fest will join with the Union Pacific Rail Road to celebrate the UP’s clomid in thailand 150 anniversary.
